Was a one of your locations and not only did I receive rude disrespectful customer services by a floor associate, I also received disrespectful nasty customer service at the register by the store manager Brooke over wrong information regarding an item. I told her that she had a rude nasty attitude just like one of her employee she shrugged her head ever the cashier apologized for her attitude. As for the floor associate another customer told him that there was need for his behavior for I was only asking him a question the same way he went above for a male customer he should do the same for a female costumer who is asking to be pointed in the write directions for an item.
This is not the first time Ive had horrible experiences at one of your locations I use to be a regular were Aldis was my only choice for purchase unfortunately due to the nasty customer service Ive lowered my rating.

Order messed up, no receipt
I thought I was ordering directly through Aldi. When my order had missing and wrong items I called Aldi.
They told me to call instacart. After ages on the phone instacart told me to call Aldi. A tip was never mentioned on line so I gave the young lady $5 only to find out that $4.15 was added to my charge. I asked for this to be credited and was refused.
I also asked for the itemized bill to be emailed to me. I still haven't received that and will dispute the charge unless I see exactly what I am paying for. I wasted well over an hour talking to people somewhere on the other side of the world whose English was almost impossible to understand and who were inefficient and uncooperative.
I will NEVER do this again. Don't waste your time!
