There are multiple phone numbers online to contact the store but none of them go through to speak with someone that works at Aldi grocery store just go to the store

Poor Customer Service

After work, I went to Aldi to buy some groceries. When I went to the store I was in a rush to go to the bathroom. The manager of the store told me that the store is not allowed to let customers use the bathroom as these are company rules. I am a police officer and by New York city rules, if a store has a restroom any customer is allowed to use it. Can you let me know what the reason for the rule is or should I contact the health department of NY? Thank you.

They are not equipped for people that are handicapped the have no electric carts for those that can't walk.

Insta cart charges to much you can't get the sales prices. I would love to shop in store but I can't any more cause I can't walk and have no one to push me in wheel chair.

On the 18th my fiance and I were verbally assaulted with racial remarks "white devils " by the cashier, my complaint number is #00297924 , the district manager contacted me 5 days ago , offered a gift card but we can't shop there close to home because that racist lady still there , and we didn't get any card.

Hi. I came to the parking lot for my groceries pick up and send the text that Im here after that ALDIs employee went out to gave away for two different customers which came after myself. Finally, I received my groceries, came home, and recognized that we are missing 4 bags out of 9. P.S. check how many bags you are getting. Thank you

Hello ~ I am not really what you refer to as a Pissed Consumer. I do love ALDIs and do a lot of my shopping there. I couldnt find any avenue on your website to ask about when the new Aldi in our neighborhood will be opening as it was slated to open almost 6 months ago but is still vacant. Upon calling, your representative directed me to where I was supposed to be able to find it on your website ~ there was no information there either.

Horrible customer service

Was a one of your locations and not only did I receive rude disrespectful customer services by a floor associate, I also received disrespectful nasty customer service at the register by the store manager Brooke over wrong information regarding an item. I told her that she had a rude nasty attitude just like one of her employee she shrugged her head ever the cashier apologized for her attitude. As for the floor associate another customer told him that there was need for his behavior for I was only asking him a question the same way he went above for a male customer he should do the same for a female costumer who is asking to be pointed in the write directions for an item.

This is not the first time Ive had horrible experiences at one of your locations I use to be a regular were Aldis was my only choice for purchase unfortunately due to the nasty customer service Ive lowered my rating.

Highly recommend not dealing with Management in the store most likely to have to go to outside supervisor most managers generally will not Fess to any of their wrongdoings even simple requests in this case rude manager and arrogant attitude towards customer request this seems to be something that outside management does not recognize the behavior of certain lower level managers being pig headed and rulli and rude to customers.

Order messed up, no receipt

I thought I was ordering directly through Aldi. When my order had missing and wrong items I called Aldi.

They told me to call instacart. After ages on the phone instacart told me to call Aldi. A tip was never mentioned on line so I gave the young lady $5 only to find out that $4.15 was added to my charge. I asked for this to be credited and was refused.

I also asked for the itemized bill to be emailed to me. I still haven't received that and will dispute the charge unless I see exactly what I am paying for. I wasted well over an hour talking to people somewhere on the other side of the world whose English was almost impossible to understand and who were inefficient and uncooperative.

I will NEVER do this again. Don't waste your time!
