I am trying to place an order for groceries

My problem is do I have to go through instacart who charges me $3.99 to pick up my order no one else charges to pick up an order but I noticed that it is only through instacart is there another way to order my groceries to pick them up without pain instacart?

Lost wallet at Aldi in Boiling Springs, SC

I have a complaint

I am disabled and there is only 1 motorized cart to use. My last visit the motorized car battery died behind my vehicle and I had no way to move it. The handicap motorized cart is never charged fully. This is frustrating to aversion who has a disability. This is why I usually don't shop at Aldi unless I have to.

I have a complaint about a cashier

To whom it may concern, I regularly shop at the Aldi store at 9303 Krewstown Road, Philadelphia, Pa. There is a cashier at that store who works on weekday evenings.

His name is Dwight. He overcharges me every time I shop there. Sometime leave without shopping, knowing that he'd surely overcharge me. If I buy two items, he charges me for three.

If I buy ten small items, he charges me for eleven. I also noticed that he never smiles, and never says "hi" to anyone, and never makes eye contact with the customers. He makes people feel very uncomfortable. I am an older white woman, and usually shop there by myself.

He takes advantage of me, all the time. This evening I decided to check my receipt, right after I paid for my groceries, before packing anything. Well, he did it again! As always, he overcharged me.

He knew I was checking my receipt, because I stood only a few feet away from him. By the time I approached him, he had the exact cash ready for me, but before he did that, he pretended not to know what I was talking about. I told him he won't be able to get away with this behavior for much longer, and that I plan to complain about him to the higher ups in the corporation. This man should be fired, and or jailed.

He is despicable. Thank you for your time.

Horrible cashier

On Sunday, 1/9/2022 my daughter and I were shopping at the aldi at 2647 w. 12 street in erie pa. It was around 11;30 am. We went to the checkout and the cashier was literally throwing our items in carts. I had dented cans, and smashed grapes when I got home. We watched her do it to several other customers items. She was way out of line, I never saw anything like it. I won't go to that store again. She was even doing it with peoples eggs

Preferred solution: Dog ate Belgium truffle!!!! Love dog but broke. We don’t think there’s enough chocolate to hurt dog. Also, pandemic and kid is T-1 Diabetic.

I provided a comparison between the Aldi's product (Friendly Farms 30 Calorie unsweetened almond vanilla milk) and the Walmart product of similar stature. The Aldi's product is not an exact duplicate of the Walmart product, even per the ingredients list, and I suggested the souring may have been due to a difference in ingredients since this was the second time in about a month that I had had this problem. The dear heart I spoke with on the phone was very kind and understanding in taking down my information. She encouragingly invited me to take the product back to the store and get my money back or some similar replacement item and I said that I likely would.

Preferred solution: I suspect a product problem within the ingredients and expect the ingredients to change accordingly so that souring no longer occurs.

User's recommendation: Until this product is changed by Friendly Farms, I recommend not buying this product.

It was more trying to talk to a person regarding my order as I could not change the time online it was a hassle!! But after clicking on pissedconsumer I had a phone call from Aldi to help sort out my issues.. once I spoke to a person it was a weight of my mind and all was resolved
