received things I did not order ordered vanilla ice cream I got two strawberry I ordered salad regular salad a kit I got Caesar salad I dont like Caesar salad And where is my receipt I didnt get a receipt This is not the first time this is happened to me its like the third time Im tired of it I will not use Aldiss nor will I use Instacart again

ALDI needs a customer service Phone # for each store.

My name is Michael Marakovitz, and my phone # is 845-337-****. I lost my notebook at your Wappingers falls store on March 4th, of 2022. I tried calling the store to see if they found it and found out the store has no phone. I then went on your website, and contacted your customer service group, and explained my problem and they sent me to a website that i need to pay $1.00 and put my credit card info. in. Problem is the website will not take my security code. Who would i contact next.

They don't post a phone number to the store on PURPOSE. They need their limited staff working to clean, stock shelves, and check people out. They don't have time to look for notebooks or any other time-wasting nonsense people calling in like to do.

Trying to email aldis a picture of my pasty I purchased which is full of nuts and seeds! Emails keep bouncing back, the resolution service they have asks the consumer to fill in every code, batch, stock date etc when thats not our job, a picture being sent with the details should suffice.. and still to no avail no platform to send the pictures too. Shocking and to be honest for a large change cheeky &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; rude, hate companies who will by pass customer service, but pretending to not acknowledge that its dyer.

I have a complaint

I am disabled and there is only 1 motorized cart to use. My last visit the motorized car battery died behind my vehicle and I had no way to move it. The handicap motorized cart is never charged fully. This is frustrating to aversion who has a disability. This is why I usually don't shop at Aldi unless I have to.

What does it matter? They are just trying to reach the store directly to see if they can get their wallet back.

If it was stolen, as in pickpocketed or removed from their handbag, store camera footage should be pulled. If they left it behind and someone did not turn it in, well, that's tough luck on them.

Customer service at the Clovis, CA USA store is so horrible. The Hispanic lady in her 20s with dark brown hair who claims she is the manager should be fired.

I ordered one vanilla ice cream and one strawberry I got two strawberries why do I want to strawberry I dont know I ordered a salad kit regular salad he got me too Caesar salads I dont need Caesar salad if I wanted that I wouldve ordered that the text messages he sent me I did not get in till after he left And why would a person put laundry detergent in with bakery Pyrex in the same bag people are so incompetent its unreal this isnt the first time Ive had problems this will be the last cause I will not use you again I did not receive a receipt I dont consider these things you put on the computer or in my email or whatever a receipt I need a receipt in my hand from the company

If you are paying with more than one payment option, make sure you agree to using both payments. It would also be nice if while ordering you knew something wasn't in stock that way i know exactly what is going to be taken out of my account.

Handicapped carts

They have horrible customer service toward handicapped people. They currently don't have handicap carts at the Yucaipa because they won't help you to your car or come with you to go get the cart.

So the carts end up sitting out in the parking lot where anyone walking by can get to them and someone stole their batteries. They won't help handicapped people bag their groceries. If you order from instacart the order will go through but when you get there the order won't be there because it's up to the manager whether they do instacart and they can decide at any time during the day not to do it. And when you ask them about any of this their managers get really rude.

I have never seen a company have such rude managers. I swear the way the manager responded to me was as if I had stole the batteries out of the car. Think about it if I took the battery out I couldn't use it. Also the deals that are advertised in your area May or not be in the store you go to.

It could be to the other store. Which is a weird thing.

They send people in one area advertisements for items only on selling another area. I've never actually seen that before.

Yawnnnnnnn... This is a SELF SERVICE store.

If YOU can't do that, time to head on down the trail and find another store that does all of what you want. It's not that hard loser.

I purchased salmon that seemed to be very whitish in color like it had sat out! It was a bagged of vacuumed sealed salmon and I had to throw the whole bag away !

I asked around to see was it normal for salmon to be that white in color if its suppose to be pink everyone said no. I called the store I purchase but they no longer let you speak directly to store , so I had no choice but to contact corporate. I havent heard anything back and was directed to do this review!

Maybe they didn't help because they didn't know. I'm guessing they were "argumentative" because you acted a fool and couldn't accept their answer. Something tells me you're a low-yield loser who looks at anything but yourself as a reason bad things happen.

Of course the OP was argumentized and abusive. They were called out on their behavior are now playing the race card.

How sad. They think that they can abuse others and if people stand up to they they are racist. Real low playing the race card when they are in the wrong. Not to mention how are they to know this child's race based on them talking on the phone.

Just playing the race card because the employee would not put up with their abuse. They did not even see what this child looks like and he or she is playing the race card.
