Verified ReviewerCustomer service at the Clovis, CA USA store is so horrible. The Hispanic lady in her 20s with dark brown hair who claims she is the manager should be fired.

Pickup order
Handicapped carts
They have horrible customer service toward handicapped people. They currently don't have handicap carts at the Yucaipa because they won't help you to your car or come with you to go get the cart.
So the carts end up sitting out in the parking lot where anyone walking by can get to them and someone stole their batteries. They won't help handicapped people bag their groceries. If you order from instacart the order will go through but when you get there the order won't be there because it's up to the manager whether they do instacart and they can decide at any time during the day not to do it. And when you ask them about any of this their managers get really rude.
I have never seen a company have such rude managers. I swear the way the manager responded to me was as if I had stole the batteries out of the car. Think about it if I took the battery out I couldn't use it. Also the deals that are advertised in your area May or not be in the store you go to.
It could be to the other store. Which is a weird thing.
They send people in one area advertisements for items only on selling another area. I've never actually seen that before.
I purchased salmon that seemed to be very whitish in color like it had sat out! It was a bagged of vacuumed sealed salmon and I had to throw the whole bag away !

Aldi is racist
You didn't tell me why I always get rejected. I was told to speak to a number.
The people on the number didn't address anything. They were argumentative and unhelpful and then hung up in my face.

They don't post a phone number to the store on PURPOSE. They need their limited staff working to clean, stock shelves, and check people out. They don't have time to look for notebooks or any other time-wasting nonsense people calling in like to do.
