Aldi Grocery - Rude employee

I'm new to the area and was struggling to carry my groceries. I asked for a hand basket and was rudely replied to with a, "no. We have carts. It's only a quarter!" I stated I didn't have a quarter. She then replied, "we have registers ya know!" The mannerisms and attitude of this employee was completely out of hand. She did this in front of a line of customers.
