Customer service Nil. Purchased an electric Tiller from them which was Aldi branded in an Aldi box with Aldi marked all over the tiller.
Box and instructions stated a 3 year warranty, after first use the tiller broke,unfortunately I have misplaced the receipt,but thought it would just be a case of common sense taking place as it is an Aldi branded product and obviously not 3 years old so returned it to Store. Suffice to say no common sense ensued and they did not want to know , same response from customer service on e mail. Made my shopping at Aldi expensive so have returned the weekly shop to Asda, might pay a little bit more weekly but at least the service is there. Perhaps this is the price you have to pay for budget.
To summarise warranty's are not worth the boxes or paper they are written on. Cheaper in the long run to use reputable stores in case there is a problem.
