Myself and others wanted to "try" Aldi today, November 9, 2015 but, we needed to verify if any of our cash cards would be accepted, which sometimes are or are not considered debit cards.
One of my friends can't use her hands so email or a letter isn't possible but using a smart phone is doable. There were 4 of us, ready to do a great deal of shopping, if only we had someone we could call. But we didn't so we won't be shopping at Aldi.
You are not putting your customer first. Deciding to forgo telephones is a *** choice and not just for the reasons I've described, but also for emergency purposes.
However, after reading these reviews it does appear it would be a waste of anybody's time to shop there.
