in dec i recived a chocolate fondue fountain sold at the walden ave aldi in buffalo ny it did not work correctly.i contacted the store where it was purchased i was told to contact aldi corp.by email which i did in early january i have not recived a response from anyone.finally i contacted the manufacter which is crofton i was told that this fountain is made just for aldi and could not obtain a replacement of this item. i have not seen this fountain in any ad paper from aldi again .i am disapointed in not getting an answer from this store i know my grandchildren would love this treat when they come to visit i know that you guys can fix this problem for me.by having this fountain shipped to the buffalo store.or at least respond to my complaint.i am a faithful customer of your store and feel that i deserve better treatment than this.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Buyer beware!Your first mistake was you bought it at Aldi.

You can get a much better model anywhere else and get treated a lot better if you should have a problem.Aldi is a sinking ship; stay away!
